Ontario Deer Hunt

Check – in & check – out times.
Arrival times will be after 10:00 A.M on Sunday with departure times on the following Saturday at 11:00 A.M. The above are standard check-in and check-out times unless other arrangements have been made.

Housekeeping Cottages:
Upon departing, cottages must be left reasonably clean and tidy as found on arrival or an additional $50 clean up fee will be charged to the reservation holder.

Hold Harmless Agreement
All hunters, guests, observers will be required to sign a “Hold Harmless Agreement”.
The “ Hold Harmless Agreement “ absolves Artic-Edge Outfitters and Tanglewood Marina of any responsibility towards any injury, sickness or accidents of their guests while on or off the premises of Tanglewood Marina and/or Artic-Edge Outfitters.

Guidelines & Regulations
• For the safety of all, there will be NO alcoholic beverages allowed before going to the bait/tree stand or during the time when you are in the tree stand. Save it for after the hunt.

• Determination of whether an individual is fit to go to the tree stand relies on the discretion of the Management and/or Guide of Artic-Edge Outfitters and the decision is final. Please sleep it off to hunt another day.

• All internal organs of the harvested bear, is the property of Artic-Edge Outfitters.

• Artic-Edge Outfitters, the staff, management, designated guides, employees, etc. will not be responsible for any injury, sickness or accidents. You are hunting at your own risk.

• Tanglewood Marina, the staff, management, employees, etc. will not be responsible for any injury, sickness or accidents on or off the Tanglewood Marina premises.

• We strongly discourage anyone from wandering from your bait site in search of a wounded Bear. Please notify the Artic-Edge guide when a Bear has been shot.

• The Artic-Edge guide must be notified before you decide to change to another bait site.

• No littering around the baits. If you have trash, please bring the trash back to camp, yours or otherwise, help keep our sites clean.

• Undesirable conduct and behavior will not be tolerated. For the safety of all, the owners of Artic-Edge Outfitters and Tanglewood Marina reserve the right to terminate any guests stay, due to undesirable behavior or conduct. The person or persons will be asked to leave the premises without refund.
